Rest assured, updates are infrequent. However, as standards that we certify are revised, we will ensure that our certification clients have plenty of notice and time to implement any new requirements.

To get started, you will need to have a documented information security management system, as well as proof of implementation, and documented processes and procedures.

Once you have been successfully assessed, your ISO 27001 certificate is valid for one year. Thereafter, an annual cycle of auditing your information security management system will begin at the end of your first year.
