Access to the portal is included within the cost when you sign-up for certification with ISO-Cert Online Ltd.

If you’re going to implement management systems that are based on ISO standards, there will be very few easier methods than by utilising this portal due to its innovative and intuitive design. Not only does the portal guide you (the user) through each step of the implementation process, it will automatically keep us informed as to your progress. This will allow us to make sure that you stay on track (and thereby, achieve certification efficiently and effectively).

The other main benefit is the fact that by implementing your management system (as guided by the portal), you will automatically generate the necessary evidence required for your ISO certification!

The simple truth is that because it has been designed to be a generic database, the ISO-Cert Unite™ portal can be deployed into any type of business, there are no limitations.

Installation is virtually instant, as the database and architecture resides on our secure servers (AWS). Setting up the details for your specific organisation will depend on its complexity (e.g. number of users, number of departments, number of controlled documents, etc.) but ‘should’ be able to be completed within 8 hours.

You’ll also have access to the app version of the portal, which is a simple download to your device (access to internet required).

All new customers will be sent a Quick Start Guide for getting the portal up and running with minimum fuss. We also give all of our customers up to 4 hours free consultancy within the first 12 months, which can be used in any way you choose.

Here’s the clever bit – because you have implemented (and maintained!) the portal from day one, the evidence required to demonstrate that you comply with the minimum requirements of your chosen standard(s) is generated automatically! So there will (in theory) be no need for us to even contact you with regards to collecting evidence! (as we already have all of the evidence we need by accessing the portal). So as long as you stay on track, your re-certification ‘should’ be a formality.

We have utilised AWS (Amazon Web Services) to provide the digital architecture and database services for ISO-Cert Unite™. AWS is a world leader in this field. ISO-Cert Online Ltd is also certified to the Cyber Essentials scheme, giving our customers that extra confidence that your data is safe with us.
